Responsibilities

• Run content across our social channels. Shoot and edit TikToks and Reels, write captions, plan the posting calendar.
• Create UGC that shows Relist in action, whether that's closet tours, fit-checks, haul-to-resale flows, or payout reveals.
• Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, from concept through launch through post-mortem.
• Track performance and bring ideas for what to try next.
• You'll be working directly with the founding team to create and execute campaigns quickly.

Requirements

• Spend real time on TikTok and Instagram and have a point of view on what works
• Know your way around CapCut. Canva or Figma is a plus
• Are comfortable being on camera, behind it, or both
• Care about fashion, resale, or sustainability
• Organized to run a content calendar
• Able to iterate quickly to track metrics - see whats working and kill what isn’t
