Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish 3–5 posts per week across Instagram and TikTok
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) showcasing patient transformations (with consent), behind-the-scenes moments, staff spotlights, and orthodontic tips
• Write compelling captions, use relevant hashtags, and stay current on platform trends and audio
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner
• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas during weekly check-ins with the practice team
• Track and report on key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) using platform analytics
• Assist with occasional photo and video shoots on-site at the practice
• Ensure all content complies with HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy requirements

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college student (sophomore, junior, or senior preferred) studying marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
• Active personal presence on Instagram and TikTok with a strong understanding of current trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools)
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling
• Self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
