  • Develop and refine Instagram strategy with nonprofit-focused storytelling.
  • Pilot trend-driven content that aligns with CCSI values and measurable engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit short-form videos (Reels) featuring staff stories, culture, and careers at CCSI.
  • Contribute to the development of our Instagram strategy.
  • Capture content at internal events and in day-to-day work settings.
  • Track trends and help apply them in ways that feel authentic to CCSI.
  • Support content planning and posting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media.
  • Proficiency with CapCut (required) and other video editing tools.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • A self-starter who brings ideas and follows through.
  • Interest in using social media to support nonprofit branding and recruitment.
