Responsibilities

• Develop content calendars for various clients and own the task of posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
• Attend off-site social media content shoots.
• Help to lead content development and ideation; must feel comfortable capturing, shooting and editing content.
• Assist with community management, monitoring direct messages, comments, and tags as well as multiple Listening Feeds, and identifying potential crisis situations and opportunities to engage.
• Monitor performance of campaigns and assist with reporting needs.
• Help execute full-scale creator marketing campaigns for multiple brands, including communicating, negotiating, and building relationships with creators and shipping product, as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Extremely organized
• Knowledgeable of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Familiar with community management and how to navigate conversations online
• Tuned in to established and emerging social trends and platform developments
• Passionately interested in social media strategy and articulating data

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut
• Versed in Sprout Social
• Familiar with influencer marketing, including running campaigns and managing creators
