Responsibilities

• Create social content within each client's established brand guidelines, based on the content calendar strategy provided
• Support our brand designer by helping finalize and prep assets for posting
• Schedule and publish content across client social platforms, using our AI automation tools to streamline the workflow
• Monitor and respond to DMs, fostering engagement with partners and audiences aligned with each brand
• Identify and flag partnership or collaboration opportunities that fit brand values
• Track basic engagement metrics and flag trends worth discussing with the team

Requirements

• A student or emerging professional curious about marketing, social media, and AI/automation
• Creative and resourceful. Comfortable making smart content calls within brand guidelines, not starting from a blank page
• Detail-oriented and reliable. This role runs on consistency and deadlines
• Able to take initiative and think on their feet without straying outside brand voice
• Interested in learning systems and tools, not just posting for fun
• Strong written communication for DM and audience engagement
