Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content, including short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), photos, and graphics.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to maintain relevance.
  • Strategy & Scheduling: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, shares) to refine future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative teams, marketing specialists, and stakeholders to align content with broader goals

Requirements

  • Experience with Social Media Platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video editing apps
  • Skills in shooting and editing, using a smartphone or DSLR.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to create engaging captions and narratives.
  • Ability to interpret data to understand audience preferences and improve performance
