Job Summary

Own and manage cross‑platform social content for Revatalksfinance, focusing on Instagram and TikTok with extensions to LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters; own the content calendar, posting, basic analytics, and development of hooks, formats, and recurring series while driving experimentation and audience growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage content across Instagram and TikTok, with @revatalksfinance as the priority
Edit and repurpose short-form video
Design thumbnails/covers and maintain the visual identity of each account
Own the content calendar, posting and basic analytics
Help develop hooks, formats and recurring content series
Bring new ideas and experiments for audience growth
Occasionally help shoot content in person in LA
Adapt content for other channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube and newsletters as we experiment with what works

Requirements

Spend a lot of time on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Have excellent visual/aesthetic taste
Understand internet and creator culture
Can edit short-form video and create strong social graphics
Are scrappy, resourceful and high-agency
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ideas and priorities can change quickly
Can take loose direction and turn it into something great without needing a detailed playbook
Have opinions and aren’t afraid to share them
Are interested in creators, entrepreneurship, music or culture
