Responsibilities

• planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others relevant to the beauty and hair industry.
• producing short-form videos and images, writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and direct messages to support community engagement.
• collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting new content ideas to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and customer engagement.
• Graphic design experience would be a plus.

Requirements

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and caption writing for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Experience with social media planning and publishing tools, as well as basic analytics to measure engagement, reach, and growth.
• Ability to generate creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with beauty and hair-focused audiences.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent for content, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Graphic design experience would be a plus.
• Prior experience in beauty, hair, fashion, or related consumer brands is preferred.
