Responsibilities

• Manage and help grow Palmora Studio’s Instagram and social media presence
• Create and schedule Instagram posts, stories, reels, and TikTok content
• Film and edit short-form content for hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Research trends, viral formats, and social media strategies
• Reach out to restaurants, cafés, wellness studios, nightlife venues, and local businesses for potential collaborations and content opportunities
• Assist with audience growth and engagement strategies
• Maintain a visually cohesive and active social presence

Requirements

• Based in Fort Lauderdale or Miami
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred
• Creative, self-motivated, and organized
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with outreach/networking
