Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Assist with planning, styling, and executing photoshoots and in-store content
• Support the development and maintenance of the social media content calendar
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas aligned with brand voice
• Engage with the online community through comments, direct messages, and story features
• Assist with influencer partnerships, gifting, and event-related content
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during launches, events, and day-to-day store operations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Experience with content creation and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in fashion, styling, and retail marketing

Nice To Have

• Previous experience managing or contributing to a brand or personal social media account
• On-camera confidence or experience directing content shoots
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnerships
