Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) with engaging, on-brand content
  • Shoot, clip, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and speeches
  • Shoot, write, and edit content for multiple platforms
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience managing and creating content across multiple social media platforms
  • Strong video editing skills, particularly for short-form content
  • Ability to adapt content across different industries and audiences
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools
  • Creative mindset with a sense of humor and willingness to think outside the box
