Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling activities at events, retail stores, and promotional venues to attract customer interest
• Collect accurate data on customer preferences, feedback, and engagement during sampling sessions to inform marketing strategies
• Assist in event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and samples are prepared and organized efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining product features, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Support sales efforts by encouraging product trials and guiding customers toward purchase decisions

Requirements

• MUST BE 21+
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities involved in setting up sampling stations
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel between different event locations as needed

Preferred

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or event marketing is highly desirable
• Experience with data collection tools or social media management platforms is preferred
