Responsibilities

• retail customer service
• light computer tasks
• social media and online shop maintenance will be major parts of this role
• creating simple posts
• taking photos or short videos of new pieces
• helping us share the personality of our shop online

Requirements

• Jewelry experience is a plus — especially familiarity with gemstones, metals, or handmade pieces — but we’re happy to teach the right person
• experience with Etsy listings
• product photography
• writing item descriptions
• basic Squarespace updates
• Strong computer skills
• willingness to learn new tools
