Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to rental inquiries
• Consistently follow up with prospective tenants
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Pre-screen prospects and assist with applications
• Manage leads and leasing activity through AppFolio
• Track available and upcoming rental properties
• Follow up with current tenants regarding lease renewals
• Prepare leases and coordinate leasing paperwork
• Coordinate move-in requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized leasing records

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check
• Ability to travel locally between properties
• Ability to work full-time

Preferred

• Property management, leasing, real estate, sales, advertising, or digital marketing experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone with a strong combination of skills and the right work ethic.
