Responsibilities

• Compile approved source data for daily, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc reports.
• Update report templates, trackers, and dashboards while preserving formulas, definitions, and formatting standards.
• Check totals, dates, filters, missing values, and source consistency before distributing reports.
• Investigate report discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate data or process owner.
• Maintain report schedules, source notes, distribution lists, and version history.
• Prepare concise status summaries that highlight changes, exceptions, overdue items, and key results.

Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet, data-checking, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort working with recurring reports, trackers, formulas, filters, and shared files.
• Ability to verify source data carefully before publishing or distributing information.
• Consistent time management and the ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Attention to detail with clear documentation of changes and corrections.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
