Responsibilities
- Market wholesale properties to our network of cash buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors
- Negotiate assignment fees and purchase terms
- Match buyers with investment opportunities
- Coordinate with title and escrow companies through closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and buyer communications
- Expand our nationwide investor database
- Follow up with buyers to maximize offers and close transactions
- Collaborate closely with our acquisitions team to ensure smooth dispositions
Requirements
- Sales or negotiation experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent phone and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with multiple transactions at once
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred
- Real estate, wholesaling, or investment experience is a plus
- Training available for the right candidate
