Responsibilities

• Marketing and Growth Coordination for Consumers and Lawyers
• Coordinate and support the implementation and execution of consumer and lawyer campaigns.
• Manage consumer and lawyer growth and business development.
• Assist marketing vendors in managing all paid and non-paid marketing campaigns and content.
• Track and report marketing and growth metrics, including consumer lead conversions, lawyer engagement, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and legal intake to ensure marketplace growth, high lead conversion rates, reliable data reporting in CRM, and improve lead conversions.
• Organize and coordinate all consumer and lawyer marketing and growth.
• Organize and coordinate community management strategies, fostering relationships with legal professionals and organizations.
• Coordinate non-paid marketing strategies to attract lawyer recruits, including social media engagement, partnerships with bar associations, and collaboration with the sales team on networking-driven campaigns.
• Present and explain existing and future products and services to participating and prospective lawyers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal marketing, preferably with a small or law firm or marketing agency.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple marketing and growth efforts effectively.
• Familiarity with law firm operations, legal intake, and attorney-client engagement processes.
• Ability to communicate and engage with attorneys, vendors, and other professionals in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Experience and strong skills in marketing, business development, networking in the legal field.
• High user aptitude and proficiency in technology and software commonly used in legal marketing including Google Analytics, Meta platforms, CRM (Zoho), social media, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong writing and content management skills, capable of executing social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely while staying organized and proactive.
