Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced agents while gaining a deeper understanding of the local real estate market
• Assist with client communication, property showings, open houses, and follow-up activities
• Learn and consistently implement established scripts, systems, and strategies
• Build lasting client relationships through dependable, clear, and transparent communication
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Requirements

• Active New Mexico real estate license required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and follow proven systems
