Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of integrated communications campaigns, from intake through delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets (if applicable).
Ensure alignment between communications initiatives and agency-wide strategic priorities.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.
Serve as the central liaison between the MarComms team, internal clients and external communications partners.
Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-agency collaboration and accountability.
Lead project kick-off meetings, status updates and post-project debriefs.
Own and continuously improve department workflows, intake systems and tracking tools.
Manage project management software and reporting dashboards.
Establish clear prioritization frameworks for competing requests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public administration, political science, business or related field
2-5 years of experience in program management, marketing, communication, public sector or agency environment
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, etc.)
Ability to: Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Work within a quickly evolving environment
Work in a deadline and metric driven environment
