Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of Xiaohongshu (小红书) marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, KOL/KOC coordination, and community engagement.
• Assist in translating and localizing marketing copy between English and Chinese to ensure cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Monitor trending topics on Chinese social media to provide actionable insights for client strategies.
• Coordinate with internal creative and media teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Help maintain project trackers, creative asset folders, and campaign documentation.
• Assist Account Managers (AMs) in preparing performance reports and data analysis.
• Actively participate in internal syncs and provide administrative support (meeting notes, task follow-ups).
• Maintain seamless communication across different regions and time zones.

Requirements

• Language: Native or professional-level fluency in English (Written and Verbal) is required. Mandarin can be used as a work language is a must.
• Platform Expertise: Proven familiarity with the Xiaohongshu ecosystem (algorithm, content styles, and user behavior).
• Education/Experience: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business. Prior experience in social media coordination or agency internships is a strong plus.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada .
• Availability: Must be responsive and have exceptional ability to manage tasks and maintain seamless communication across multiple time zones (North America & Asia) is essential for this role.
