Responsibilities

• Representing nonprofit partners such as The Nature Conservancy at in-person, pop-up events and community campaigns.
• Starting genuine conversations with members of the public and sharing each organization's mission in an engaging, informative way.
• Answering questions, educating potential supporters, and inviting qualified individuals to become recurring monthly donors.
• Working alongside your teammates to create an energetic, welcoming event atmosphere that encourages meaningful conversations.
• Tracking your individual results while contributing to team campaign goals and celebrating wins together.
• Continuing to build your communication, presentation, and sales skills through daily coaching and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).Able to work on-site from our Midtown Manhattan office and travel to event locations.
• Basic numeracy and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Available to start within the next few weeks.

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, promotions, fundraising, or sales is helpful, but not required.
