Responsibilities

• Engage with residents through door-to-door canvassing to inform them about campaign initiatives and candidates
• Conduct outreach efforts using telemarketing techniques to expand voter awareness and support
• Collect feedback from community members, ensuring their concerns are heard and documented accurately
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations, enhancing outreach efforts
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, voter preferences, and campaign activities for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in marketing, customer service, or sales with excellent communication skills
• Experience with door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns preferred
• Bilingual abilities highly desirable to engage with diverse communities effectively
• Exceptional negotiation skills to persuade and motivate potential supporters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor settings for extended periods
• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging based on audience needs and campaign goals
