Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy aligned with the individual’s goals, expertise, and target audience
• Manage and strengthen the individual’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Create and execute social media and content strategies, including content calendars, content themes, storytelling, and audience growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for PR, media features, interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry events
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publications, podcast hosts, event organizers, and other relevant media stakeholders
• Lead PR and media outreach, including pitching stories, preparing outreach campaigns, and coordinating opportunities
• Develop thought-leadership opportunities that position the individual as an industry expert and credible voice
• Support preparation for podcasts, interviews, panels, public speaking engagements, and media appearances
• Translate the individual’s ideas, experiences, and expertise into engaging content and compelling narratives
• Track content and brand performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize the strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in personal branding, PR, social media, content strategy, communications, or a related fi eld
• Ideally, experience working directly with a founder, entrepreneur, executive, creator, or individual with a large personal brand
• Proven experience in PR and media outreach
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and audience growth
• Exposure to public speaking, podcasts, interviews, thought leadership, or industry events
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Ability to combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong research, project management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking complete ownership of deliverables
