Responsibilities

• Give apartment tours and assist prospective residents with the leasing process
• Create fun, engaging content for our TikTok and Instagram
• Help with marketing initiatives and day-to-day tasks at our communities
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for prospective residents

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram content creation
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Available weekends with flexibility for weekday hours
• Interest in real estate, marketing, or business is a plus
