Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies that support customer acquisition, product launches, promotions, and revenue goals.
  • Manage campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and Google platforms, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
  • Evaluate and expand into additional channels—such as TikTok, Pinterest, or emerging platforms—when supported by the audience and business opportunity.
  • Own campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and day-to-day account management.
  • Monitor performance and allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to maximize profitable growth.
  • Create and maintain structured testing plans for audiences, offers, landing pages, ad formats, messaging, and creative concepts.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop performance-focused briefs and provide actionable feedback based on campaign results.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and web teams to improve landing pages, conversion rates, product feeds, and the overall customer journey.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center and monitor product-feed accuracy, approvals, and campaign readiness.
  • Help maintain reliable tracking and attribution across tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.

Requirements

  • One or more years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns, preferably for an e-commerce or consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and delivering measurable improvements in acquisition and revenue performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, attribution, conversion tracking, and incrementality.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn findings into practical campaign and creative recommendations.
  • Experience developing and managing structured A/B and multivariate testing programs.
  • Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data-visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working with beauty, grooming, personal-care, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods brands.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, or other emerging acquisition channels.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform.
  • Experience using product-feed management, attribution, customer-data, or marketing-automation tools.
  • Understanding of creative strategy for direct-response advertising.
  • Experience supporting both evergreen acquisition programs and high-volume promotional periods.
