Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting advertising, creative campaigns, social media, events, client service, audience engagement, and performance reporting in the Operations Support Specialist role at Toolad.
• Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests as part of the Operations Support Specialist role at Toolad.
