Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including short-form and long-form video, photography, and graphics aligned to district priorities.
Lead the full production process, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Capture and tell compelling stories that highlight student experiences, staff work, and district initiatives across the entire district.
Provide visual coverage of events, programs, and key initiatives across both high schools and the district.
Create and manage content for district social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
Ensure content reflects district branding, messaging, and engagement goals.
Apply platform-specific strategies to maximize reach, accessibility, and audience engagement.
Partner with school and district leaders to proactively identify and execute storytelling opportunities.
Support Communications Department initiatives by aligning multimedia content with district priorities and campaigns.
Balance district-wide consistency with the unique culture and identity of each high school.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Film or related field.
3+ years of professional experience producing high-quality video and digital content in a communications, media, or marketing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through final production, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital communications.
