Responsibilities

• Launch new creatives – Upload and ship fresh ad creative on a consistent cadence to keep campaigns fresh and beating fatigue.
• Write ad copy that converts – Craft scroll-stopping, benefit-driven copy that speaks directly to real estate agents and drives them to opt in.
• Manage & optimize campaigns – Own live campaigns across Meta. Monitor daily, adjust targeting and budgets, and keep spend efficient.
• Improve performance – Drive down cost per lead, scale what's working, and kill what isn't. We measure everything.
• Hit your numbers – Consistent lead volume at target cost is the game. You own the results.

Requirements

• Intermediate media buyer – This isn't your first rodeo inside Meta Ads Manager. You know the platform cold and can run campaigns without hand-holding.
• Copywriter at heart – You can write ad copy that stops the scroll and gets the click. Basic-to-solid copywriting chops are a must.
• Lead gen experience – You've run campaigns built to generate leads (not just brand awareness), and you know how to improve campaign performance over time. Real estate experience is a big plus.
• Data-driven & disciplined – You live in the numbers. CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS—these are your scoreboard.
• Full-time & committed – This is NOT a side hustle. We want someone who's in it for the long haul and treats this like their craft.
• Self-starter – You take ownership, flag problems early, and don't wait to be told what to do next.

• Real estate experience is a big plus.
