Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Create content for social media, email, website, campaigns, and service launches
• Manage and grow TWESB’s social media presence while maintaining brand voice, compliance, and professionalism
• Review existing marketing collateral and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct market research, testing, and performance analysis to support strategy
• Assist with targeted marketing plans for key audiences
• Create monthly performance reports covering lead generation, content performance, website traffic, and related KPIs
• Document marketing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and/or traditional marketing
• Experience with social media management, content creation, branding, campaign execution, and product or service launches
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or similar CMS
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
