Job Description
Responsibilities
- Social Media Support
- * Help capture behind-the-scenes content in the shop and warehouse
- * Assist with Instagram stories, reels, product features, and trend ideas
- * Take photos/videos of new products, gifts, shop displays, and team moments
- * Help brainstorm content around holidays, events, corporate gifting, and seasonal themes
- * Support the team with simple caption ideas and social media planning
- Online Orders + Shopify
- * Help manage incoming online orders
- * Print packing slips and organize order details
- * Pull products for online gifts
Preferred
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or Shopify
- Retail or customer service experience
- Interest in marketing, styling, photography, gifting, or small business operations
