Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and community outreach activities
• Interact with customers and members of the public in a professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
• Support event setup, organization, and day-of activities
• Help distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign information
• Answer customer questions and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain a positive and professional presence at events
• Collect customer feedback and share observations with the team
• Work with team members to complete daily promotional activities
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

• Previous experience is not required.
