Responsibilities

• SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT
• Help plan and execute social strategy for Bonsai Coffee Bar
• Help launch and grow Bonsai HIBI's dedicated social channels
• Build and manage content calendars for Instagram and TikTok
• Film and edit short-form content including Reels and TikToks
• Capture behind-the-scenes, product, team, cafe, and event content
• Write captions and manage posting
• Monitor trends and identify relevant content opportunities
• Organize our photo and video content library
• Track performance and help identify what's working

Requirements

• Have a strong eye for branding, design, and social content
• Understand Instagram and TikTok and genuinely enjoy creating content
• Are comfortable filming and editing short-form video
• Have experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
• Are extremely organized and good at keeping track of multiple projects
• Are proactive and don't always need to be told what to do next
• Are comfortable reaching out to brands, creators, and potential partners
• Are a strong writer and communicator
• Enjoy both coming up with ideas and actually executing them
• Are excited about coffee, matcha, food, hospitality, culture, and community
