• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
• Own CASK's marketing calendar and campaign execution.
• Generate qualified residential construction leads through digital and community marketing.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
