Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across teams to grow your business understanding and gain critical insights necessary for developing high-impact strategic plans.
  • Leadership Engagement: Manage regular check-ins with management to prepare and present your project findings, gaining direct experience in leadership interaction.
  • Innovation: Within your assigned area of focus, you will be tasked with identifying breakthrough marketing ideas.
  • Project Execution: Deliver a high-impact final presentation to present your process analysis findings, proposed solution, and its projected contribution to business growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Communications. Candidates must have an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Self-motivated with a proven ability to take ownership and lead with drive.

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus
  • Passionate Interest: A genuine interest in making a difference in pets, sustainability, veterinary medicine, or data-driven approaches.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, including excellence in phone, speaking, and formal presentation settings
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and make critical decisions within the context of uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independence: The ability to work exceptionally well independently with minimal supervision.
