Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage online listings (RentCafe, ILS platforms, Google Business, etc.).
Ensure property websites are updated and optimized.
Coordinate photo shoots and lifestyle content.
Support lease-up campaigns and concession strategy execution.
Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
Track leasing traffic and conversion trends.
Update marketing flyers and property brochures.
Support proposal deck creation for new business pitches.
Coordinate signage, email campaigns, and listing updates.
Assist with broker-facing marketing materials.

Requirements

2–5 years marketing experience (real estate preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms.
Familiarity with property management software (Yardi/RentCafe preferred).
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and data.
Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
