Test pages and forms, identify broken links or outdated content, maintain version records, and escalate design, structural, or technical needs to the Marketing and Brand Manager.
  • Marketing Request Coordination: Manage and triage the Marketing Requests inbox, acknowledge and catalog requests, obtain missing information, route work to the appropriate team member, track status and deadlines, and independently resolve routine requests using established guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Proofread approved emails, website content, presentations, collateral, social posts, and other marketing materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and obvious errors before distribution.
  • Webinar and Training Support: Coordinate the administrative execution of webinars and training sessions, including scheduling, registration, platform setup, recording, uploading materials, and distributing approved follow-up resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Pricing, Compliance, and external vendors to complete approved work accurately and on time while maintaining clear records and communication.
