Job Summary

Own and execute proposal support and data-management workstreams across marketing and pursuit activities including monitoring client sites, maintaining CRM and asset records, and helping prepare proposals.

Daily review of client procurement sites for opportunities
Data entry into CRM and Open Asset databases
Assistance with drafting and packaging proposals

Job Description

Responsibilities

Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify proposal opportunities.
Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Data entry and oversight of Open Asset (digital asset management database).
Maintain marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, and subcontractor information.
Assist with drafting, formatting, editing, assembling, and packaging proposals and qualifications statements using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
Provide clerical and administrative support for proposal and pursuit activities within the marketing department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
