Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, clinics, and other referring providers.
• Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers and legal law firms to introduce and promote the company's services.
• Represent the company at networking events, community outreach programs, and other marketing opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Identify new business development opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective referral sources.
• Track marketing activities, referral growth, and campaign performance, providing regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, follow-ups, and referral relationships using company systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a professional representative of the organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or customer relations is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Comfortable with face-to-face networking, presentations, and cold outreach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
