Responsibilities

• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Coordinating project needs with clients and vendors.
• Assisting with branding and marketing needs for internal and external clients.
• Assembling and delivering marketing materials to current and prospective clients.
• Supporting our Sales Team and Market Impact Team in their day-to-day activities in the field and in the office.
• Researching and analyzing data to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and updating informational resources.
• Assisting with billing and expense reporting.
• Ordering supplies and marketing materials for clients.
• Writing letters, emails, and correspondence to prospects and clients.

Requirements

• 2 years + Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High degree of professionalism, with a confident desire to succeed

Preferred

• Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva and the ability to build presentations preferred
