Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational execution of loyalty campaigns, rewards, offers, and sweepstakes, including setup, requirements definition, testing (UAT), execution, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with legal, technical, and operational requirements across markets.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, member engagement, and ROI, identifying insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other stakeholders to help plan loyalty campaigns that ladder up to larger quarterly and enterprise marketing initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable loyalty use cases, ensuring alignment between campaign goals, member experience, and program capabilities.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on loyalty mechanics, advising partners on the best ways to leverage the FLX program to drive enrollment, engagement, and incremental revenue.
- Deliver against the loyalty program strategic roadmap, including defining requirements for features and functionality, performing UAT, training relevant teams, and overseeing successful rollouts.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance engagement and revenue through new campaign types, rewards, and emerging capabilities.
- Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization (Data & Analytics, Technology, Legal, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to bring loyalty initiatives and campaigns to life.
- Act as a trusted consultant to cross-functional partners by clearly articulating program capabilities, constraints, and goals, and recommending scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program, product, or operations roles, preferably within a Direct-to-Consumer loyalty program, CRM, or promotional/campaign environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution while maintaining close attention to operational detail.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and influence across a global, matrixed organization.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions, measure performance, and drive optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; must be able to deliver visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and present clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working within an Agile framework is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language proficiency a plus (French Canadian).
- Global experience strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally travel within North America.
