Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok
• Develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and themes for live streams in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
• Promote products, services, or brand initiatives during live streams in an authentic and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with guests, influencers, or team members to create dynamic and entertaining live stream content.
• Monitor live stream performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase viewer engagement and growth

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a charismatic on-camera presence.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with an online audience.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (esp., TikTok) and their features.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Basic technical knowledge of live streaming equipment and software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours (at least 15, but ideally 25+ a week), including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in appliance, fashion, beauty live streaming.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on live stream performance.
• Editing skills for creating highlights or promotional clips from live streams.
