Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies for a zero-to-one live selling channel
- Serve as the primary point of contact for live sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and ongoing performance coaching to elevate live outcomes
- Analyze live selling performance metrics and deliver data-driven, actionable insights to optimize content strategy, inventory merchandising, and conversion
- Act as the main point for live sellers, overseeing live planning, production, and communication
- Identify growth opportunities within seller portfolios to enhance live commerce.
- Stay updated on live trends, collaborating with teams to align promotions with broader initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years in ecommerce, social media, influencers/UGC partnerships, social media, or live streaming platforms
- Proven business development and sales track record in live-streaming or influencer marketing
- Excellent communication skills; you can pitch prospective hosts and present results to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
- Strong analytical skills: own performance metrics, build reporting, and translate data into a clear point of view
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment: on your feet, handling inventory, moving at a fast pace
- Interest in fashion tech, secondhand fashion, and sustainability strongly preferred
