Responsibilities

• Post 2–3 times per week on LinkedIn using content provided by the founder.
• Engage with audience comments and responses.
• Build visibility for the Elevate Educators brand.
• Support the launch of Elevate Para™: Classroom Impact — a structured online training system for K-12 paraprofessionals in school districts, staffing agencies, and community colleges.

Requirements

• Active LinkedIn user with demonstrated experience posting or managing content
• Strong professional writing skills — clear, concise, and engaging
• Organized and self-directed — able to work independently without daily supervision
• Ability to match and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Comfortable communicating with the founder by text and email
• LinkedIn content creation and posting
• Professional writing and editing
• Social media engagement
• Brand voice consistency

Preferred

• Familiarity with K-12 education or educational consulting or workforce development (preferred)
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic tools
• Basic knowledge of hashtags and LinkedIn analytics
