Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the General Manager, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for providing superior customer service to all perspective residents and lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals .
• As a Leasing Manager you will lead the sales team to peak performance while developing sales and marketing strategies that increase traffic, maximize closing ratios, and achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy.
• With outstanding customer service, you will respond to web leads; telephone inquiries; conduct site tours; and effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• You will lead motivational monthly leasing programs that will be guided by goals to achieve optimum performance.

Requirements

• minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality
• minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service
• ability to read and write English fluently
• ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
• ability to interact with residents/guest in a luxury customer service manner
• Knowledge of Yardi and CRM and Fair Housing laws
