Job Description

Responsibilities

Build monthly content calendars with placeholders for holidays, events, launches, and property milestones.
Send weekly content forecast emails every Monday and content calendar emails to clients every Friday.
Draft captions from provided templates (listing and membership posts).
Create graphics in Canva and reels in Edits.
Monitor the content inbox for edit requests and action within 24 hours.
Weekly engagement (likes, comments, DMs) per client guidelines; flag anything urgent to leadership.
Schedule approved content into Meta, double-checking formatting (line breaks, hashtags, tags, links).
Repurpose content across IG and Facebook, adjusting for platform differences.
Organize client assets (photos, testimonials, carousels) into Drive folders.
Download and organize monthly IG/FB analytics, and draft a performance summary highlighting key shifts.

Requirements

1–2 years in social media, marketing, or a related role; agency or real estate experience a plus.
Comfortable in Canva and eager to learn new tools.
Sharp eye for detail and a knack for clean, on-brand writing.
Highly organized, able to juggle recurring weekly and monthly deadlines.
Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook formats and best practices.
