Responsibilities

• Represent national brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness, participation, and engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
• Assist with event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and lead generation activities
• Help execute in-person marketing campaigns according to client and company guidelines
• Learn event marketing strategies, customer engagement techniques, client relations, and campaign management
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, events, marketing, or brand promotions is a plus but not required
