- Ensure lead quality and compliance while reporting progress to leadership
- Coordinate with intake to drive usable inquiries and improve landing pages and forms
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meta Ads strategy, build, daily optimization, and scaling (lead ads, conversion campaigns, retargeting, testing)
- Creative testing: video, static, copy, and offers
- Advertising compliance for legal services (bar rules, platform restrictions, disclosures)
- Tracking: pixels/CAPI, lead quality, cost per qualified inquiry, and downstream conversion
- Coordination with intake so marketing is judged on usable inquiries, not raw form fills
- Landing pages, lead forms, consent language, and conversion-rate improvements
- Budget pacing and clear weekly/monthly reporting
- Vendors and freelancers (editors, creators, designers) as needed
- Supporting channels only as they help Meta (YouTube, TikTok, Google,)
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, including 3+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager
- Lead generation in a high-ticket or regulated vertical (legal, medical, insurance, home services, or similar)
- Law firm or professional-services marketing experience preferred
- Ability to discuss real budgets, CPL, and lead quality—not vanity metrics
- Working knowledge of restricted-category advertising on Meta
- Strong creative judgment and analytical discipline
- Clear written communication for ad copy and client-facing language
Preferred
- Paid social for professional services or other compliance-heavy categories
- Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok experience
- Landing-page and CRM/intake tooling
- Comfort using modern creative/production tools without sacrificing quality or compliance
