Job Description

Responsibilities

Own growth strategy and acquisition across paid, organic, social, SEO/AEO, creators, and community
Build and scale social channels into a compounding acquisition engine
Manage paid acquisition across Google, YouTube, Reddit , and X
Own SEO and AEO end-to-end, including content and technical SEO
Develop programs that amplify community-generated content
Build relationships with game developer creators and influencers
Connect content, product marketing, and growth to ensure content reaches the right audiences
Build measurement systems to identify opportunities and continuously improve performance
Partner with sales to support the emerging B2B motion

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing
Experience targeting a technical ICP , ideally within an early-stage startup
Proven track record growing social channels with measurable results
Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition across Google, Reddit, YouTube, or X
Experience owning SEO/AEO funnels end-to-end
Strong analytical and execution skills with the ability to build from scratch
Bonus: experience in developer tooling, gaming, or highly technical markets
Comfortable remaining hands-on rather than purely managing a team
