Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation — 60% - Assist with social media marketing, advertising opportunities, and internal branding initiatives. - Capture behind-the-scenes photography and video at event job sites. - Create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. - Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator to develop and publish social media content. - Engage with vendors and clients through inventory features, behind-the-scenes content, and event spotlights. - Help maintain a consistent and recognizable Crisp Event Rentals brand across digital platforms. Print, Design, Sales & Operations — 40% - Work with our print and graphics team approximately once per week to learn the process of executing projects from concept through installation. - Gain exposure to the sales and operations side of an event rental company. - Develop knowledge of Crisp Event Rentals' rental inventory and learn how products can be creatively marketed to prospective clients. - Assist with photoshoots and vision board development by locating and organizing relevant rental inventory. - Gain an understanding of how our warehouse and inventory systems support our creative and marketing efforts.
