Responsibilities

• Own the growth engine from first touch to signed customer
• Run fast experiments and scale what works
• Generate qualified pipeline across outbound, inbound, content, and search
• Build partnerships with agencies, investors, platforms, and founder communities
• Own events, dinners, conferences, and other brand moments
• Shape positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales collateral
• Build the growth stack across CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation
• Turn customer and performance insights into repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• 3+ years at a high-growth startup as a founder or leading growth
• You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)
• You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond
• You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball
• You are exceptionally organized and disciplined
• You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results
• You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way

Preferred

• (Bonus) Some engineering experience, or comfort getting hands-on with the product
• (Bonus) You are in the top 1% in a competitive field
